About
A place to make sense of products, data, and everything in between.
I started The Prodlytica Journal to write about the things I’ve learned — and continue to learn — at the intersection of product, analytics, experimentation, AI, and business.
Over the years, I’ve seen how easily data can become noise, dashboards can become decoration, and experiments can produce numbers without producing real learning. I’m interested in the opposite: asking better questions, measuring what matters, and turning evidence into decisions that actually move things forward.
But Prodlytica isn’t only about analytics.
It’s also a space for ideas, lessons, mental models, books, experiences, and the occasional reflection on learning, growth, work, and life. Because the more I learn about analytics, the more I realise that good decisions aren’t just about better data — they’re about better thinking.
Everything I write here has one simple goal:
To share something useful, make a complex idea a little clearer, or leave you with something worth thinking about.
